In a recent conversation with a woman who wanted to reinvent herself in a new career, she shared her dream of creating a fashion stylist business. When I asked her why she hadn’t moved forward to realize her dream, her answer was this:
“Why would anyone want to hire me instead of all the other stylists already out there?”
Hmmm…good question, isn’t it? And if she doesn’t have the answer to that question readily available to her, why would anyone want to hire her?
