Janet Ioli is an executive advisor, coach, and speaker focused on the human behavioral aspects of leadership: the patterns, the imprint, and the inner work that determine how leaders are actually received by others.
Before her own practice, she led leadership development functions at four Fortune 50/100 companies. She is the host of The Inner Edge podcast and is completing doctoral research in Global Leadership, focused on accomplished women leaders and the inadequacy paradox — the basis of another book, Inherited (coming mid-2027). She grew up in Greece, lived in Germany for several years, was educated in international schools, and now splits her time between California and Northern Virginia.
